How to do this? Easy:

1. Save  html file cut and paste java applet to your page and place file in base directory   

2. Download java class here and place it in your base directory

3. Download london.jpg  and place in your base directory 

4. This and more applets are available here: http://javaboutique.internet.com/  

5. You can use your own pictures to do this, just slice it where you want to water effect to start and reset the size in the applet and the name of your picture file.
